To gather key insights in your data, you have to start by tracking the right data points.  You can track as much data as you want, but a firm customer list is a good place to start.  Use the link to get a free template to start consolidating your customers and key information in one place.

If you already use a CRM, or another program that captures your customer information, you can most likely export it as an Excel or CSV file, correct any errors to use for future purposes, such as creating a dashboard.
